Yes — restock alerts in Discord are free forever. Free access is capped at 6,500 members to keep alerts fast; if we're at capacity when you join, you'll wait in a fair queue and we'll notify you the moment a slot opens.

Verification is how we keep resellers and scalpers out so the community stays fair for real collectors. Our bot, Officer Jenny, checks your account against known bad-actor servers. It takes one tap and about a second. See how it works.

Free access is limited to 6,500 members so alerts stay fast and reliable. If it's full when you verify, you join an ordered, first-come-first-served queue. When a slot opens we DM you, and you have 24 hours to claim it before it passes to the next person.

The first time you verify into a full server, you get 24 hours of full access automatically while you wait in the queue. It's one trial per person, per server, and it doesn't move your queue position.

Premium (£4.99/month) gives you instant access to the alerts while you wait in the queue. You keep your exact queue position, and the moment you reach a Free slot, Premium cancels itself automatically so you're not charged once you no longer need it. Mobile App Access is included.

It gets you access straight away, but it doesn't jump you ahead of anyone — you keep progressing through the queue at your real position and convert to Free when your turn comes. Everyone's queue order stays fair.

In Discord, use /manage-subscription. Officer Jenny will open your own secure Stripe billing session, where you can cancel or update your payment details. Your access ends at your current billing period. It also auto-cancels if you're promoted to a Free slot or banned. Payments are non-refundable, but your statutory rights aren't affected. During the one-time check it does read which servers you're in — that's how it compares them against our blacklist. But it never stores your list: only servers that actually match are recorded, your messages and DMs are never read, and the access token is discarded immediately afterwards. That means your account is in a server on our blacklist (botting, reselling, or rule-breaking communities). Leave the server(s), then use the detention ticket created for you in Discord to re-verify. If you think it's a mistake, contact server staff and they can review it.

As little as possible. Verification logs auto-delete after 90 days, rate-limit cooldowns after 24 hours, and an anonymised list of seen servers (not linked to you) after 30 days. You can request a copy or deletion of your data anytime. See the Privacy Policy.

Discord can be unreliable with mobile push notifications in big servers, so Mobile App Access (£4.99/month) gives you the Zephyr Monitors app with direct push alerts to your phone. Not yet — the app is Android-only for now. Apple support is being worked on, and we'll announce it in the Discord when it's ready.

Yes. Free members can add Mobile App Access for £4.99/month in the Mobile App Access channel. Discord may ask you to join PokéMart UK first before opening it. Premium members already have it included, so there's no need to buy it separately.
